Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of delivery date. After 7 days from delivery date you must contact Arshi Homes Customer Service to determine the best course of action.
Upon successful return of product, you will be store credit in the form of coupon code.
Products must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Arshi Homes reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
Product number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org call +92 318 0148403, and provide the following information: Name Address Phone Reason for Refund Date of Purchase Invoice Number
Upon written receipt of the product number, send product to: Arshi Interiors Address: E – 105 Khayaban-e-Jinnah, DHA Main Boulevard (Near Adil Hospital) Lahore, Pakistan.
Please mark with the product number on the outside of the package.
Products received without a product number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Arshi Homes.
All furniture products are manufactured on order, The Delivery times for these products will be informed upon order confirmation, depending on the type of product. No refund policy is applied on order based products.
Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by Arshi Homes, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.
